U.S. Congressman Paul Gosar, D.D.S (R-AZ) acknowledged and celebrated Israel’s Independence Day announcing that he has introduced legislation expressing Congress’s clear support of Israel’s right to preemptively defend itself against the Islamic Republic of Iran’s illegal nuclear weapon program. Gosar’s resolution H.RES.630, titled “Expressing support for Israel and its right to self-defense against the illegal nuclear program by the Islamic Republic of Iran” has been referred to the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

U.S. Congressman Paul Gosar’s (R-AZ) legislation, the Mountainaire Relief Bill (H.R. 1038), passed the U.S. House of Representatives with a vote of 421 to 1. This is the fourth bill that Congressman Gosar has had pass out of the House in his first term. The legislation settles a federal land boundary dispute in the Mountainaire Subdivision in Coconino County, Arizona.

This legislation suspends the onerous and outdated wage requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act, saving the American taxpayer billions of dollars and allowing contractors to put more people to work.
