Camp Verde, AZ –U.S. Congressman Paul Gosar, D.D.S (R-AZ) announced that he will be joining President Andy Groseta of the Arizona Cattle Growers’ Association, Camp Verde Mayor Bob Burnside, and Chairman of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Tom Thurman for a press conference on Tuesday, May 1st, at 11:00 am. The officials will discuss wildfire issues and the Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention Act of 2012 at the Cliff Castle Casino in Camp Verde.
Since the devastating wildfire of 2011 that burned nearly one million acres of forest in Arizona Congressman Gosar has been working with those impacted by the fire to address the issues before it they again become a reality. Congressman Gosar has developed a common sense solution to ensure that our forest and communities are no longer threatened by catastrophic wildfires.
