On Saturday, the International Olympic Committee decided to allow Guor Marial an Olympic runner, Sudanese refugee, and current Flagstaff resident to participate in the London Olympics this month. Prior to this decision, Marial's participation was in jeopardy as he was considered 'stateless'.
