Gosar Announces Winners of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition

Wickenburg, AZ - This past weekend, Congressman Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-09) announced the winners of Arizona's Ninth Congressional District Art Competition. This annual contest, first started in 1982 and with over 650,000 participants since, recognizes the best art of the year from high school students. The winners were selected from a panel of local judges and the "People's Choice" winner was selected via online voting.

The winning artist is invited to attend the annual awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. and their artwork will be displayed for one year on the wall in the walkway from the Cannon House Office Building to the United States Capitol.  The second-place winning artwork will be displayed in my office in D.C. and the third-place winning artwork will be displayed in my district office in Goodyear.  All winners will receive scholarship funds from Mohave Community College. Congratulations to all the winners.
