With Easter right around the corner, I am excited to announce the winners from my annual Easter Card Competition!

1st place for 7 and under: Taylor Coz from Yuma Boys and Girls Club.

2nd place winner 7 and under: Audrey (Pita) Islas from Sacred Heart Catholic School in Prescott.

3rd place 7 and under: Savanna Delgado Janice from Avalon Charter School in Apache Junction.

1st place winner 8 and older: Alyse Locarno from Avalon Charter School in Apache Junction.

2nd place winner 8 and older: Tanner Baker from Clarkdale-Jerome School in Clarkdale.

3^rd place winner 8 and older: Taylor Miller also from Clarkdale-Jerome School.

Best Theme went to Gia Jehle from Calvary Christian Academy in Lake Havasu.

Best Egg went to Karina Barragan from Calvary Christian Academy in Lake Havasu.

Best Bunny 8 and older went to Michaela Fijlkowski from Palm Croft Elementary School in Yuma.

Best Bunny 7 and under went to Jacob Goldsberry from Superstition Mountain Elementary School in Apache Junction.
 

And there was a tie for the people's choice:

We had over 485 children participate in this year’s contest with 21 different agencies submitting the art. I want to especially thank the Florence Chamber of Commerce who hosted the judging.
