Today, U.S. Congressman Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-04) voted in favor of the Health Exchange Security and Transparency Act (H.R. 3811), legislation that requires the Department of Health and Human Services to notify within two business days any individual whose personal information was stolen or unlawfully accessed through an ObamaCare exchange.
