Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) said Wednesday the Environmental Protection Agency, which is responsible for issuing ethanol volume mandates, has to issue mandates that are lower than required by law, indicating that the Renewable Fuel Standard is “unsustainable in today’s reality”.
