FWS suspends proposal for refuge restrictions

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will suspend its proposal to limit boating activities at Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, a decision hailed as a “victory for Lake Havasu” by Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar.
