Gosar: Proposed Yuma veterans home dependant on reallocating monies

United States Congressman Paul Gosar said federal funding to help build a new veterans home for the area proposed by Gov. Jan Brewer would be dependent on reallocating monies already provided to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
