A Congressional Field Hearing morphs into a Memorial for the Yarnell 19. It was supposed to be a Congressional Field Hearing about the IRS and the EPA, hosted by Congressman Paul Gosar. But, after the news of the nineteen firefighters that were killed in Yarnell the day before, a Congressional Field Hearing seemed inappropriate somehow.
