Serving a congressional district that geographically is about the size of Pennsylvania has its challenges. Like his predecessors, Rep. Paul A. Gosar regularly travels across the 56,000 square miles that comprise Arizona Congressional District Four, the congressman told the Independent during a phone interview March 27.
