President Obama submits 2013 budget; GOP lawmakers critical

The budget includes a $4 trillion reduction in the federal deficit over 10 years by raising taxes on the wealthy and reducing corporate tax breaks. Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar of Flagstaff says the budget represents a failure to understand the basic principles of economic recovery.
