One fire in Arizona's Tonto National Forest is 15 percent contained and another also is being slowed by rainfall. Forest officials say the Charley Fire burning three miles west of Sunflower is at an estimated 2,300 acres. But they say cooler temperatures, higher humidity and some precipitation kept fire activity to a minimum Wednesday.Click here to read
