The winners of First, Second and Third place will be announced by Congressman Gosar and all scholarships and other prizes will be awarded. All artwork that was submitted for the competition will be displayed. Light refreshments will be served.
The first place winner will have his or her artwork displayed in the U.S. Capitol Complex in Washington D.C. for one year. Scholarships will be awarded to the 3 finalists.
There will also be an online contest, called the People’s Choice Award, which will allow the public to vote for their favorite piece of art from those entered into the competition. Voting will open April 20th and will close April 27th at noon.
