This Week with Gosar

You ever see a warning sign like “don’t climb over the fence and pet the grizzly bear” or “stove can be hot” and wonder what happened that forced them to issue such a warning? Well, we live in a world of low IQ people and they often force us to take precautions we otherwise wouldn’t have to. 

In that same spirit I am now adding a warning or disclaimer to my newsletter.  It’s primarily for one low IQ reporter.  

Tens of thousands of people read my weekly newsletter, including many in the Fake News. It has become apparent that leftists spend their days scrolling through years of back issues of websites looking for an article they claim is racist.  Not my website, mind you, but others.  

Here is how the far-left radicals at the Arizona Mirror and other Soros funded publications constantly label me with the most vile defamation:  Let’s say there is an article on Website ABC with a story that discusses Joe Biden’s bribery and corruption schemes.  I might attach that story to share with you thinking you might appreciate it. You’re likely to see these links at the end of each newsletter. 

In the meantime, the far left agit-prop promoters at the Arizona Mirror will assign a flunky to go to Website ABC and scroll through years of their stories.  And voila! Maybe five years ago there is some story they think is racist or antisemitic.  They then write a story about me and call me racist and antisemitic. 

It is dishonest.  It is defamatory towards me.  And it is lying to the public.  It also belittles and trivializes real antisemitism.  

When I link to an article it is solely because of that article. Not any other article.  I do not vouch for the veracity, credibility or history of every article on every website on the internet.  I do not scroll and read and research other articles historically published. The malicious and ridiculous accusations from the Mirror trivializes true racism and antisemitism.  

Faithful Gosar Newsletter readers know this is just the latest effort by those on the left and the Fake News to cancel or silence anyone that dares to oppose their radical views, hatred and intolerance. 

Often, I use a third-party news aggregator service for many of the articles that I link to in my newsletter.  It should be obvious to anyone aged two years or older that I cannot screen every publication in which I link to an article.

I am not antisemitic, the Fake News knows this, but why let the truth get in the way of a hit piece?  So, in response to these bogus claims, I’m adding a disclaimer at the end of my newsletter.  In the meantime: “Don’t pet the grizzly bear.”  I hope you will take the time to read my newsletter and the disclaimer! 

Gosar Amendment Aimed to Relieve Traffic Congestion in Buckeye, Arizona Included in Federal Aviation Reauthorization Legislation

Last week, the House of Representatives passed legislation reauthorizing the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through Fiscal Year 2028.

I’m happy to report that this legislation included a big WIN for residents of Buckeye, Arizona.

Several weeks ago, I sent a letter to House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves bringing to his attention an important issue for people living in Buckeye and the surrounding communities and asked that my amendment releasing the FAA’s deed restriction on property known as the Buckeye 940 in what was formerly an auxiliary field for Luke Air Force Base and used in World War II to house military planes be included in the pending FAA bill.

The 940 acres of encumbered land is located in Buckeye, which is the fastest growing city in the United States.  Because of its rapid growth, Buckeye desperately needs transportation corridors to effectively move people and provide critical development to service the needs of its growing population.  The Arizona State Land Department, the current owner of the land, hoped to grant an easement to help relieve traffic congestion, however, the property carried a deed restriction preventing the land to be used for anything other than airport purposes.  Without a legislative fix, the deed transfer simply could not happen.

My amendment provides a pathway for a deed transfer of the land to help ease traffic congestion in the fastest-growing part of the West Valley of Phoenix by expanding Yuma Road and Van Buren Street that are located within the property.  For months, I worked closely with the FAA, the Arizona State Land Department and the Arizona Attorney General’s office to draft this amendment that solves a growing problem in Buckeye.

I am grateful to Chairman Graves for including my important provision in the FAA reauthorization and I would like to thank everyone involved in fostering this solution.

Buckeye Mayor Eric Orsborn noted “for more than 50 years Buckeye has been working to remove the FAA deed restriction on 320 acres of untapped land in a key corridor of the city. Thanks to the determination of Congressman Gosar, this roadblock to economic development is one step closer to being transformed into a productive use that will benefit our residents and the entire West Valley. Our sincere thanks to our federal representatives for working in bipartisan unity to make this happen."

Gosar to Biden: Stop Attacking Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu

This week, I sent a letter to Joe Biden in response to a recent interview he gave on CNN.  During the interview, Biden stated his opposition to Prime Minister Netanyahu’s cabinet being too conservative and further criticized the Prime Minister’s handling of its border defense and security along the West Bank.  Biden’s attempt to interfere with the internal politics and government in Israel is misguided as each sovereign nation is responsible for its own best interests.  In my letter, I recommended Biden should focus on enhancing and protecting the relationship the United States has with Israel, rather than criticizing the Prime Minister of Israel.  Telling a sovereign country how to run its internal matters is not an act of mutual respect.

Democrats Block Amendment Reinstating Servicemembers Wrongfully Discharged

In a sad and pathetic maneuver, this week Senate democrats blocked an amendment to the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act offered by Senator Ted Cruz that would reinstate members of the military who were wrongly separated for refusing to get the COVID-19 jab.  The amendment would allow these individuals to return to military service and adjust their discharge status to “honorable” to restore lost benefits.  Biden fired over 8,400 military service members who refused the COVID-19 vaccine.  I oppose all COVID-19 vaccine mandates.  Biden’s military vaccine mandate is particularly galling because it targets those who risk their lives and sacrifice pay to defend our great nation.  I cosponsored a bill that removes DOD’s ability to destroy the lives of servicemembers through mandatory vaccination.  Any service member separated solely for COVID-19 vaccine status who wants to return to service should be reinstated and deserves to be made whole and be issued a formal apology from General Milley.  Actually that clown owes the entire nation several apologies. 

I will continue to work on this issue on behalf of those service members wrongfully discriminated against and I will partner with Sen. Cruz to do so. 

Biden Releases June Border Crossings

The Biden regime recently announced that nearly 145,000 illegal aliens crossed the border last month.  Seven million illegal aliens have now danced, pranced and hopscotched their way into our country, while receiving hugs and kisses from Biden and Mayorkas. Along with billions of dollars of our tax money to pay for their housing, medical care, transportation, abortions, gender surgeries, incarceration, food vouchers and an entire army of bureaucrats whose job is now to take care of them and not real citizens.

Along with the 145,000 lawbreakers came more illicit drugs flowing across our border, including 2,100 pounds of deadly fentanyl and 9,300 pounds of methamphetamine.  The amount of fentanyl seized in June is equivalent to 458 million lethal doses, enough to kill every American one and a half times.  Under Biden’s failed leadership, our communities are less safe, while smugglers and cartels are thriving.  Republicans will continue to hold this administration accountable and put the safety of our families and communities first.

Time to Impeach Secretary Mayorkas

Speaking of border crisis, this week Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas testified before the House Judiciary Committee.  Secretary Mayorkas’s tenure has been one of willful destruction to the United States, beyond the point of incompetence.  Mayorkas has perjured himself before Congress, deceived the public and Congress concerning the scope and nature of the humanitarian and security disaster at the border, failed to faithfully execute immigration laws enacted by Congress, and even attempted to monitor and police speech that is critical of the Biden administration.  The United States is witnessing an historic invasion along the southern border.  Instead of repelling it, Secretary Mayorkas is welcoming the invaders with open arms.  Under Secretary Mayorkas, more than 21 tons of fentanyl crossed the border.  To put that into perspective, that is enough to kill 9.7 billion people.  The United States has suffered record illegal aliens crossing our southern border including 140 terrorists this fiscal year, record amounts of fentanyl are pouring into our communities and our Border Patrol is demoralized. Mayorkas’ grandstanding this week before Congress once again confirmed what I’ve been saying: he must be impeached.

Don’t Buy What Biden is Selling: Bidenflation is Hurting Americans

Since taking office, Joe Biden has presided over the largest inflation crisis since the 1970s.  And while Joe Biden insists everything is great, 61 percent of Americans said they took a financial hit due to rising interest rates in the past 12 months.  In fact, the average middle-class household has lost over $33,000 in real wealth in just the past year.

Thinking about purchasing a new home or car?  Fuggedaboutit!  Interest rates for a mortgage or car loan are the highest they’ve been in 22 years.  That’s because the Biden administration has raised interest rates 11 times since March 2022, including once again this week.  Thanks to Joe Biden, many Americans can kiss the American dream of homeownership goodbye.   Oh, and that new car you’ve always wanted?  Well, monthly payments on a new car loan are the highest on record.

Sadly, more and more Americans are being forced to swipe their credit card to pay for basic goods.   Credit card debt is now at a record high, as more Americans are carrying debt just to make ends meet.

I cannot stress enough how out of touch folks in D.C. are when it comes to the harm they are inflicting on us.  I fight against their BS everyday but, as they say, elections have consequences including “manipulated” elections. (Remember when Time Magazine did a cover story praising the democrats for “manipulating” the 2020 election?  Pepperidge Farms does.)  Biden installed far left socialists to run his agencies and they are hellbent on turning us into the failed states of Cuba or Venezuela. The economic data shows our steady decline.  After 4 years of record prosperity under President Trump it is hard to watch them destroy our futures. 

Tragically, Joe Biden’s disastrous spending and economic policies continue to wreak havoc on most middle-class Americans.   Biden needs to wake up and understand his socialist policies are not helping anyone.

Those on the left spend a lot of time virtue-signaling to others of their tolerance, peace, love, acceptance of differing viewpoints and inclusiveness.  Here’s a small sample of the hate letters I received just this week which belie those claims:

Charles from Goodyear screams:

I guess you are what passes as ‘Christian’ these days. I would further suppose that you thought the SCOTUS decision to deny the constitutional right to an abortion was fabulous. Furthermore, folks of your ilk promised those who were forced to give birth would find succor with you. That’ll be the day. You say I lie? Try 5.3 mm people kicked off WIC if you have your way. But who cares really, you are serving
your corporatist and .01% masters with budget cuts. If you are worth a billion dollars there is no way you can afford a tax increase of any kind, right? If you believe the previous sentence you are dumber than a bag of hammers.

Let’s see. Bashes Christianity?  Check.  Endorses child sacrifice?  Check.  Finds the miracle of childbirth to be a burden?  Check.  Lies about conservative plans for welfare?   Check. 

Claims I’m supporting the “.01%” as I fight against billion-dollar monopolies who censor, deplatform and persecute Americans for exercising free speech?  Check?  Indeed, as I fight against adding billions of dollars to go to billion-dollar defense contractors for the horrible war in Ukraine, his party and presumably Charles himself is cheering on this trillion-dollar military industrial complex and its thirst for war, death and destruction all across the globe. 

In short, Charles is a good example of today’s democrats.  Let’s not be like Charles.  Personally, this “fake” Christian will pray for Charles and “his ilk” to find peace, comfort and rational thinking through God

You advocate a complete take-over of Democracy [sic] so that you and your "proud" boys can rule with an iron fist! How can you justify your radical, racist, anti-sematic [sic] views here in America.[sic] You and Biggs are both insurrectionists and traitors to my America. (My America is the real one that you are trying to destroy!!! Please explain how your views are not anti-American, White Nationalist and a DANGER TO AMERICA.

Lyn. First of all, if you live in Mesa you are not under my “iron fist” of congressional control.  How I wish you were though.  I’d have you waving the flag at a Trump rally while open carrying a side arm, and wearing a MAGA hat for the first half of the rally and then switching it out to a Viking helmet while you shout: “Q sent me.”  Hahaha. 

As for your other nonsense: I represent everyone including people like you who have fallen for misinformation about COVID, Ukraine, J6 and just about everything else.  Seek peace in your heart and drop a line to my friend Andy Biggs who “controls” your district with an “iron fist” of love and decency.
