Many of you have been following the information being released from Elon Musk, the new owner of Twitter, about how the insane leftists that worked there interfered with the 2020 election. Top leadership at Twitter were confirmed to have engaged in widespread fraud, censorship and collusion to harm Republican candidates in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The leftists at Twitter had weekly meetings in 2020 and 2021 with the FBI and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the purpose of which was to harm President Trump and other Republicans. Notably, these were FBI and DHS officials who literally worked for President Trump. The amount of treasonous activity engaged in by the Trump FBI apparently knows no limit.
Not only did they engage in censorship, which is illegal and unconstitutional since it was a joint operation with the government, they also spread misinformation and falsehoods about COVID-19 and COVID-19 treatments. For example, they purposefully censored proper treatment for COVID-19, including Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and spread lies about the safety and efficacy of the vaccines and boosters.
In short, Twitter interfered with national elections and may have engaged in conduct that resulted in the deaths or injury of hundreds of thousands of people. To this day they are smug and arrogant about their criminality.
In January, I plan to work with the new Congress to investigate these crimes and seek justice to the victims. The worst offenders should be charged with violation of civil rights and fraud.

Biden Administration Official Caught Stealing Women’s Clothing and Baggage—Twice—Indicted for Felony Theft
The Biden administration hired a mentally ill man named Sam Brinton to be the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy. It is an important position, and it requires a serious and competent person to handle it.
Because the Biden administration is fixated on homosexuality, deviancy and fetishistic sexual practices, it hired this man, who wears women’s clothing and publicly engages in “kink fetishes” including as a “teacher” to other mentally ill men.

The Biden Administration continues to fixate on homosexuality and attempts to normalize mental illness. Good people should have sympathy for the obvious mental illness Sam Brinton suffers from, but that should not get in the way of the public security needed in firing him. He never should have been hired. Now that he has been charged for felony theft, perhaps he will be fired.
Did Katie Hobbs Have A Conflict of Interest?
As you know, Katie Hobbs has been declared the winner in Arizona’s governors race over Kari Lake. It was a close election, with Kari “losing” by a mere .06%.
Questions have been raised for a long time whether Hobbs, as Secretary of State, should have supervised an election in which she was the candidate. This appears to be a classic conflict of interest. But Hobbs ignored this and insisted that she be in charge of her own race. In my view, Kate Hobbs had, and continues to have, a clear conflict of interest under Arizona law. She was a candidate in an election that she is ultimately responsible for, from enforcing the Election Procedure Manual, to certification of the canvass, to testing the logic and accuracy and the functioning of the tabulation machines.
No candidate can supervise their own election. Indeed, no candidate can so much as even work at an election poll or counting center (nor can their immediate family members), according to ARS 16-531(A), (D); Arizona Election Procedure Manual pp. 132-139.
Under the conflict-of-interest law: A.R.S. §38-503(A). “Any public employee who has, or whose relative has, a substantial interest in any decision of a public agency shall disclose such interest and refrain from participating in any manner in such decision.”
There are two requirements for recusal. (1) Does the public official have a personal interest in the outcome of the action or decision at issue and (2) is there a financial interest that can be identified? In this case, Hobbs, as the candidate for governor, has a personal interest that differed from the general public. Prong one is satisfied. In addition, the job of governor has a salary of $90,000 plus benefits. This qualifies as a financial benefit or incentive not shared with the general public. Accordingly, Hobbs meets the requirements for recusal and in my view violated the law.
The remedy for a violation of this law: the decision or action taken in which Hobbs participated is “undone” and the process is repeated without her participation. As set forth in the law: “ARS 8.16.4 Private Citizen Suits. Any person who is affected by a public agency's decision made in violation of the conflict-of-interest laws may sue to have the contract or decision declared null and void. A.R.S. § 38-506(B). The court may award costs and attorney's fees to the prevailing party. A.R.S. § 38-506(C). Persons claiming that a public officer, employee, or board member had a pecuniary interest in making a decision against them may also file suit in state or federal court alleging a violation of their civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.”
Violation of this law is also a Class 6 felony, according to ARS § 38-510(A)(1).
The Attorney General has stated: “Negligent or reckless violation of the law is a class 1 misdemeanor. This means that public officers or employees may be prosecuted if they fail to disclose a conflict of interest of which they should have known. A.R.S. § 38-510(A)(2).”
Lastly, a public officer found in violation of this law is to be removed from office. Actions taken, for example, a contract signed, are to be voided. In this case, the election could be voided and redone without the conflict.
It has been factually established that upwards of 50% of the voting centers in Maricopa County failed because of disabled printers. This led to lines as long as two to three hours wait time. Many people gave up and never voted that day. It is indeed possible that over 17,000 people were disenfranchised and left the polling centers because they did not have two to three hours to wait that day. That would have been enough to cost Kari Lake the election. There are pending lawsuits. We will have to wait and see if anything comes of this, but based on prior court challenges, I would not hold my breath for court relief.
Gosar Votes Against More Wasteful Spending
Funding for the military is something that should be bipartisan. It is fundamentally important to this country. Equally fundamental is the ability to read bills. But, Pelosi, true to her nature, dropped a 4,400 page military spending bill with less than 24 hours before the vote. This is immoral and ridiculous.
This week, Congress voted to approve the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA, so-called annual must pass legislation to fund the country’s defense budget. I proudly voted NO on this insane bill.
With a price tag of nearly $860 billion and more than 4,400 pages long, the bill was hastily brought to the House floor this week for a vote with little time for floor debate or thoughtful consideration. I can assure you that not a single member of congress read the legislation before voting on it. The spending levels were far above what even Pentagon officials requested, and it contained no spending offsets.
Worse, because Congress is a broken institution, the NDAA was once again used as a vehicle to load up with non-defense policies and unrelated partisan efforts. And while I supported much of the underlying bill it ultimately was chocked full of too many objectionable policies forcing me to vote against passage.
For example, the legislation contained increased funding for Ukraine with no measures for transparency or accountability. I have voted against every single bill to fund the war in Ukraine and I could not support this latest effort to continue the needless death and destruction on both sides in this war. Our borders are wide open. Over five million people have illegally crossed our border in the last two years. Our troops should be protecting our borders, not Ukraine borders.
Also snuck in the bill was a provision further eroding law-abiding gun owners’ Second Amendment rights. Disguised as a pilot program on the safe storage of personally owned firearms, this provision is nothing short of a first step to Biden’s mandatory “safe storage” program which will undermine an American’s timely access to firearms for self-defense and home-defense. This program was advertised in the NDAA as a voluntary pilot program but is backed by Mr. Biden who has called for involuntary, mandatory gun control programs. Make no mistake, this is a latest hidden attempt by democrats to take away your guns.
Americans are suffering from devastating Bidenflation, a weakened economy and high gasoline prices. The NDAA should be about the common defense of our country, not another blank check to fuel these problems.
Gosar Votes to Uphold Traditional Marriage Covenant
This week, I voted against misleadingly titled Respect for Marriage Act, legislation that dismantles religious liberty and attacks people of faith. As a Christian, I believe marriage to be a God-ordained covenant relationship between one man and one woman, as does the Constitution for the state of Arizona. This vote to redefine marriage is nothing more than the latest attack on all God-loving individuals who embrace the biblical teaching on marriage. Additionally, the bill’s requirement that a state recognize gay marriage from another state infringes on Arizona’s marriage laws. Those on the left should at least be honest: the intent of this legislation is to attack religious organizations and persons of faith by distorting the traditional definition of marriage.

Gosar Sounds Off on Woke Military
I have been sounding the alarm that our military has been undermined by the treason loving gay advocate Gen. Milley. He has been promoting homosexuality within the military, drag shows, and sexual fetishists. Our military has one job: protect our borders. That’s it.
It has miserably failed to do that. In the last two years, over five million illegal aliens invaded our country while our military stood down. Instead, our leaders have sent our soldiers to fight and die in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Vietnam, Libya, Somalia and elsewhere.
Just last year we suffered a humiliating defeat in a Afghanistan after spending a trillion dollars and thousands of lives. In a rage about the defeat, Gen. Milley and Joe Biden sent a missile to Kabul and killed nine children and some food aid workers on our side. The incompetence of these “leaders” is unmatched.
These same leaders are now itching to get more of our soldiers killed in Ukraine.
Biden Military Officers Engage in Public Sexual Deviancy and Pose in Uniform for Sex Purposes
Speaking of woke military, there are strange and immoral sexual practices engaged in by the homosexual community. There is a group of men who pretend to be dogs and to have sex with dogs. We could say “to each their own” but that attitude has led to a steady decline in our culture. It has also led to the global spread of AIDS and Monkey Pox, both diseases primarily spread by promiscuous gay sex.
The latest sick example comes from Army Colonel Brian Connelly of INDOPACOM. Connelly, who goes by the twitter handle @PupRavage, was recently photographed in uniform with a mask engaged in dog-play sex with Army officer Captain Dayton Tenney, a man who was a junior officer. This is usually prohibited in the military, but the Biden administration condones this relationship.
It is time to reevaluate whether our military should allow gay men to serve. There were concerns about these men undermining national security, military decorum and military morale. Unfortunately, it appears that these concerns were justified.
I have opposed more wars and foreign intervention. Let’s protect our borders for once. Let’s promote peace in Ukraine. Let’s not spend billions more on war. And let’s get back to recruiting men and women who want to be soldiers and not mentally ill sexual deviants.

Thank you, Christine. Christians and Christianity are under attack globally. Our own country has been undermining our Christian values and symbols since the 1960’s. I will not allow this to continue. We need to proudly represent our values and stand up against the fake Christian preachers who spread the gospel of Karl Marx, not Jesus Christ. True Christians need to stand together and promote our values and lead with bold faith.

I left Herman’s illiterate grammar just as he wrote it. The democrats have dumbed down our schools and it shows. His “content” and expression are worse than his very poor grammar.
For the record: I have never supported violence. I am one of the few who is urging peace between Ukraine and Russia. As for J6, no one but the FBI appears to have encouraged violence that day.
