Name Game: Which democrat Said the Election Was Stolen?
Democrats have a long history of questioning election results. In fact, for decades they have refused to accept the results of countless elections. Can you guess which democrat said the following yet was never indicted or arrested? Answers at the very end of the newsletter.
- "I believe that if everyone in Florida who tried to vote had had his or her vote counted properly, that I would have won.”
- “There is no doubt in my mind that Al Gore was elected president.”
- “The 2004 election was flawed” suggesting problems were the result of “manipulation.”
- “His (Trump’s) election was illegitimate.”
- “The 2016 Election was stolen.”
- “A full investigation would show Trump didn’t actually win the election in 2016. Based on what I just said, I can’t retract it.”
- “Evidence seems to suggest the race for governor in Georgia was stolen from Stacey Abrams.”
- “I absolutely agree” that President Trump is “an illegitimate President.”
Gosar Introduces Amendments to FY2024 Defense Appropriations Act
This week, I introduced two amendments to H.R. 4365, the Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2024.
Who is more important: our own soldiers or Ukrainian soldiers? I think any rational person would say our own military. Unfortunately, that’s not what is in the current budget bill, and I aim to change that.
First, I introduced amendment number 10 to reduce the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative by $300,000,000 and simultaneously increase the pay for enlisted service members by $300,000,000. The United States has already wasted $100 billion fighting a proxy war in Ukraine in which we have no national security interest being in. Rather than sending another dime to Ukraine, my amendment strips out $300 million dollars for Ukrainian soldiers stashed in the annual defense funding bill and instead increases the pay of our brave service members right here in the United States by $300 million.
I also introduced amendment number 12, reducing the salary of General Mark Milley to $1. Milley is the worst general ever and has turned our military into a gobal laughingstock. Our enemies are emboldened as Milley has repeatedly showed cowardice and incompetence.
After years of promoting homosexuality and drag shows on military bases and ships, Joe Biden’s Department of Defense has ravaged our Armed Forces. Perhaps these amendments will help incentivize military recruitment and support military retention, both of which have dwindled since Biden took office.

Gosar Sponsors Legislation Reforming Nation’s Forfeiture Laws
This week, I cosponsored H.R. 1525, the Fifth Amendment Integrity Restoration Act of 2023 This bill would remedy a gross violation of people’s constitutional rights that has been going on for decades by reforming our nation’s civil asset forfeiture laws by raising the level of proof necessary to seize property and increases transparency and congressional oversight. Today, federal agents can seize whatever property they want without due process and then are able sell it or spend it if it cash. It’s the most un-American program we run and his ruined many lives. All it takes is one government official, based on a naked and unsupported allegation, to claim your car, boat, house, jewelry, cash or guns were used in a crime or bought with proceeds of a crime. The confiscation is final.
Correcting the Liars:
Recently the member of Congress that represents Tucson said this about me and Rep. Biggs:
“As I pointed out, Mr. Gosar and Mr. Biggs, the comments that they make are insulting. Sometimes, if not racist, right on the border. I’m not going to stop calling them out on that kind of stuff. That’s not part of the dialogue,” Grijalva said. “With that point of view and to continue to interject that into the discussion, then there is no opportunity to find the middle ground.”
This is a blatant lie. My efforts to secure the border have never been about race, religion, or anything other than one thing: if you break our laws and come here illegally you should be deported. Period. I don’t care what country of origin you come from. Or what continent. If you crossed here illegally you need to leave and be permanently barred from reentry. That’s the law.
Those who say it’s about race project their own views. It is about race for him and others. For the rest of us it is about the rule of law.
Guess what? When it comes to this type of lying to the public, I say the following: “the comments that they make are insulting. Sometimes, if not racist, right on the border. I’m not going to stop calling them out on that kind of stuff. That’s not part of the dialogue.”
It’s Mail Time!
This week I issued a press release noting my concerns regarding the arrest of President Trump in Georgia. Overall, I received many supportive notes. However, I seemed to have touched a nerve with the always angry leftists. Here are a few of the letters I received this week, but I must caution you: READER ADVISORY - the communists are full of vile and spiteful hatred and use a lot of profanity.

Your ignorance is appalling, and your claims are dishonest and deceitful! You bring dishonor to your position and are a clear and present danger to the good people of Arizona. I can see why your whole family despises you!
Donald Trump had four years to “fix the election system in America. He didn’t because the election system in the USA is the fairest, most accurate and most respected in the world. Guys like you and trump [sic] try to tear down of fine institutions in order to pad your pockets, cling to power and destroy the trust and credibility of hard-working Americans to hide your criminality. Trump is a liar and cheat and so are you! I pity your soul as trump’s [sic] bitch, you contemptible boot licker!
Patrick, thank you for the laugh. This made my day: “the election system in the USA is the fairest, most accurate and most respected in the world.” It’s so good I might put it on a T-shirt. That’s irony! You might want to talk to Hilary Clinton, Al Gore and Stacey Abrams. They are on your side and strongly disagree with you.
The truth is there is bipartisan concern that our elections are gamed. The perception by over half the population is that our elections are not fair and accurate. That’s why we need transparency.
