The Biden Impeachment Process Has Officially Started
This week, my House Oversight and Accountability Committee started the preliminary formal investigation into the corruption and bribery of the Biden Crime Syndicate. The evidence uncovered so far shows a complex web of shell companies, payments to many Biden family members, and as much as $50 million in bribes. Evidence has established that Joe Biden himself collected as much as 50% of the bribes.
The Biden Crime Syndicate used shell companies to launder over $15 million between 2014-2019. They used family and associates as pass-throughs for the Biden profits, to the tune of another $9 million.
What was this money for? Well, the bulk came from Ukraine to bribe the Obama administration, through then-Vice President Biden, to stop the corruption investigation into Burisma, a Ukrainian gas monopoly that was lavishly paying Hunter Biden for a no show “job.” It was also to bribe Joe Biden to favor Ukraine, and commit U.S. tax money, military equipment and aid to Ukraine in a proxy war against Russia. Without a doubt, the U.S. involvement in Ukraine is a direct result of these bribes. Without these bribes, our troops, our equipment and the $113 billion in tax money sent to Ukraine would not have happened. It was obvious in March 2022 our country had no interest in Ukraine. We still don’t. It took millions in bribes to make this happen. I remain perplexed why my colleagues continue to support a cause that was bought through bribery.
Burisma’s founder and CEO admitted to paying millions of dollars to Hunter Biden and Joe Biden - while Joe was the Vice President of the United States: he said “it cost $5 (million) to pay one Biden, and $5 (million) to another Biden.”
I will support impeachment when the time comes. For those constantly talking about the “threat to democracy: look at Joe Biden and know this is corruption incarnate.

Gosar Rejects Latest Bill to Fund Proxy War in Ukraine
This week, I voted against H.R. 5692, the Ukraine Security Assistance and Oversight Supplemental Appropriations Act, legislation appropriating $300 million for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative.
Faithful Gosar Newsletter readers know that I have voted against every single bill that funds the proxy war in Ukraine and this latest bill is no different. The United States has now wasted more than $113 billion footing the bill for a war in which we have no national security interest.
The southern border is under a sustained attack and invasion. Over eight million illegal aliens have entered the country. Rather than sending another dime to Ukraine, our money should be spent defending our own borders instead of engaging in mischief and warmongering and other provocative acts in Ukraine.

More Ukrainian Nazi Stuff
As you know by now, multiple news reports detail our tax money is being sent to Nazis in Ukraine. See my previous newsletter here for some details about the rich history and present day Ukrainian Nazis who are fighting the Russians.
It was somewhat surprising, but in retrospect maybe it should not have been, that Ukrainian President Zelenskyy recently showed up to the Canadian Parliament to beg for their tax money. The hundreds of billions given to Ukraine of our tax money is not enough to satisfy the march for death so Zelenskyy goes around the world with a tin cup and a sad face.
Not content to promote Nazism in his home country, the Canadian Parliament publicly and proudly honored a Ukrainian Nazi with Zelenskyy standing and clapping in honor along with Prime Minister Trudeau who enthusiastically joined.
The Ukrainian Nazi that the leftists in Canada were honoring was Yaroslav Hunka, a soldier from Hitler’s Waffen-SS, the 14th Grenadier Division. This particular Nazi division notoriously hunted and executed Jews in Ukraine.
The Canadian left praised the Nazi for fighting Russians. The same Russians who were fighting against Hitler. The same Russians who were our allies during the war. It seems that the left is trying to rewrite WW2 and make the Nazis the good guys, in order to get gullible Americans to back the Nazis in Ukraine. They won’t fool us.
Gosar Honors Fallen Officer
Recently, my amazing staff had the opportunity to attend the Lake Meade National Recreation Area fireboat dedication honoring Ranger Jim Fleetwood. In 1977, Ranger Fleetwood had just completed his regular duty shift in the Mohave District of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area when his patrol car was struck head on, killing him at the young age of 43 years old. He served our National Parks with great compassion. A true patriot and hero, Ranger Fleetwood was also an Army veteran of the Korean War. The fireboat recognition provides an enduring memory of the service, courage and sacrifice Ranger Fleetwood made to our community and our country. Thank you for your service, Ranger Fleetwood. Your memory will always be honored and revered. May God bless your family and continue to give them strength.

It’s Mail Time!
I received more than 5,500 letters this month and more than 45,000 letter year to date. I appreciate hearing from everyone, even those who disagree, name call and cuss! Here are a sample of some of the letters I received this week:
Gary R. from Bullhead City shares:
As a veteran I am with you on your views about General Milley.
Thanks, Gary. I appreciate your service to our country. I support our brave men and women uniform and they deserve better from the Joint Chiefs. Thankfully, Milley stepped down this week - good riddance. Maybe we will see recruitment tick back up after historic low numbers during Milley’s tenure. According to a recent poll by the Ronald Reagan Institute only 48% of Americans have trust and confidence in our military, down from 70% just five years ago. The top reason for the plummeting confidence: military leadership ie: General Milley, becoming overly politicized.
Kathy S. from Tucson is angry:
Your threat to General Milley is so out of line and baseless. You are an embarrassment to AZ and the United States. Encouraging violence against officials for doing their job to protect America has no place in our society. Let's just say I am looking forward to your retirement and it can't come soon enough.
Kathy – here are the facts about General Milley: neither I (nor President Trump) “threatened” Milley, we have only stated is that acts of treason are punishable by death. 18 U.S. C. § 2381 states "whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death.” Furthermore, the Military Code of Justice, Article 94 states that “any service member with the intent to usurp or override lawful military authority (including the Commander in Chief) shall be punished by death.” Multiple news reports note that in January 2021 General Milley phoned a Chinese General and said “General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. If we're going to attack, I'm going to call you ahead of time. It's not going to be a surprise." Multiple new reports, and testimony from Capitol Police Chief Lund, also confirm that Milley conspired with Nancy Pelosi in withholding credible information about pending violence on January 6. Had they acted on this information, there would have been no violence that day. These reports of General Milley's conversations with General Li and Nancy Pelosi are alarming and by legal definition qualify as "giving [the enemy] aid and comfort" and are nothing short of treason - with the potential lawful punishment being death. Thankfully for General Milley, he lives in the best country in the world which abounds in mercy. Imagine the outrage from the leftists like you had an American general similarly phoned a high-ranking foreign military official to express concern regarding Joe Biden's age and failing mental acuity? You would have to agree that the left would show no mercy and would be calling for public executions. Milley is is not a patriot, but a woke social engineer more concerned about "white rage" than a military that wins wars and protects its servicemembers. His uniform should not be a shield from criticism. Let’s also not forget that this man's incompetence caused the preventable deaths of 13 brave servicemembers in Afghanistan. I refuse to dishonor all of the brave men and woman under Milley’s command by not criticizing a bad general.
Carl W. from Pine, AZ writes:
Thanks again for the courage to represent us and do what is right and good. Thank you for voting against HR 5692, the Ukraine funding bill.
Carl, you can be assured I will oppose every funding bill that supports this proxy war.
Karen L. from Florence, AZ shares:
Thank you, Mr. Gosar, for being a consistent voice for our State. I agree: no more aid to Ukraine until we take care of our own border problems.
Dear Karen – You and I agree! Thanks for writing to me!
Tweet of the Week:
Photo of the Week:
This photo clearly shows democrat Representative Jamal Bowman interrupting an official House of Representatives proceeding as negotiations continued to prevent a government shutdown by pulling a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building. Doing so is a misdemeanor. There are ways to procedurally delay votes, but breaking the law not one of them. Will he be labelled and charged in the same manner as those accused on January 6 or is okay because he is a democrat?
Do you have photography skills? Do you want the chance for your photograph to be featured as our "Picture of the Week?" If so, send your best shots of our great state along with a brief description to Anthony.foti@mail.house.gov. Remember to include your name and where you live. We have a beautiful state, let's show her off!
