Gosar Votes to Protect Women and Girls in Sports
This week, House Republicans passed the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act,legislation prohibiting biological males from competing in female athletic programs. Progressives like to celebrate transgender athletes despite the fact that actual biological women no longer have a fair space to compete. I will be candid: male athletes should not be competing in women’s athletics. It is completely unfair to the women who have spent years of hard work and determination to be asked to compete with an athlete born as male. I was proud to vote in favor of this bill. Sadly, the legislation now goes to the Senate for consideration, where Senator Schumer will not allow it to see the light of day.
Biden Rolls Out Latest Harmful Socialism Plan
In about a week, the Biden administration is set to enact new rules punishing Americans with good credit by forcing them to subsidize mortgages of those with poor credit. It’s true: the brilliant minds at the White House have decided that if you have a good credit score you will now pay approximately $40 more per month on your mortgage so YOU can pay the mortgages of people with bad credit. In other words, if you are responsible and pay your debts and pay your bills on time you have a good credit score. Conversely, if you don’t pay your bills on time, or at all, you earn a bad credit score. The democrats think the people with good credit should be penalized and pay more money to subsidize people who are deadbeats and bad risks. Only the democrats could come up with this and they did. The rule goes in effect on May 1st.
March Border Crossings Soar to 22 Year High
This week, the Biden regime announced that more than 191,000 illegal aliens crossed the border last month, the second highest total for any March in 22 years. For 25 months straight months, Joe Biden has welcomed at least 150,000 illegals into our country. Over 6.3 million illegal aliens have walked across our border since Biden took office, including more than one million in the last six months and 80 on the terrorist watch list. Along with the 190,000 lawbreakers, nearly 2,900 pounds of deadly fentanyl came pouring across the border last month! That’s equivalent to 645 million lethal does, or enough to kill every American twice. Joe Biden created this crisis, and Republicans in Congress are going to hold him accountable and fix this problem.
Stop the Invasion!
Speaking of fixing the problem, this week I cosponsored H.R. 2737, the Stop the Invasion Act. This legislation directs the President to suspend the entry of aliens who are in the United States without being admitted or paroled or don’t possess relevant travel paperwork from entering the United States if the average number of illegal alien apprehensions by CBP exceeds 30,000 over the most recent 12-month period. As I noted earlier, for 25 straight months, Joe Biden has welcomed at least 150,000 lawbreakers into our country. We’ve seen the crisis that the Biden regime’s open border policy has had on the interests of the American people. The Stop the Invasion Act is a step in the right direction toward fixing this emergency.
Biden’s Open Border Policies Allow 67 Men to Rape 8-Year-Old Girl
The below news is shocking and disturbing, but it is important for Americans to be fully aware of what Joe Biden is allowing with his open border policies.
Besides violating his duty to faithfully execute our border security laws, Biden’s collaboration with the Mexican drug cartels (who bring each illegal alien to the border for delivery to Biden’s team members for processing before sending them at your expense to cities across America where your tax money pays for the apartments, health care and food of these illegal aliens) results in rape and death.
In this video clip, a medical professional discusses an 8-year-old girl who was illegally trafficked by the cartels into our country, with Joe Biden’s permission. The girl was raped by 67 different men based on the semen samples taken from the 8-year-old girl. This is horrific and inexcusable. Biden and his democrat enablers are responsible for this. These rapists are working for the democrats to bring illegal aliens here. The Biden regime remains as the most immoral administration in our history.

This week we had some special visitors in our Nation’s Capital. It was a thrill to meet with students representing Lake Havasu High School and Lake Havasu City. I always appreciate spending time with the future leaders of our country!

Hello Representative Gosar, I was advised today that a bill is coming before the House this week. I believe you stand with the same view as I do. It is not a matter of transgender issues, whether they have rights or not on this bill. It is shameful that we even must have a law for this. Women athletes deserve to not have to compete against men that have transgendered to women. They are not the same. I would suggest they compete against other transitioned women, that would be an equal playing field. Women have the right to compete only against their own gender. Even if that means that people must admit that men are physically stronger than women! It is a fact and the truth matters. Please do all you can to pass this bill.

I am writing to ask you to support the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act. Women deserve to compete on a level playing field, which does NOT include males. Give me a break!

This email is to express my concern that the debt ceiling should NOT be increased. Congress must deliver massive cuts across the board in order to reduce the inflationary spiral that is destroying the middle class working Americans.
It is time to start defunding government agencies that no longer support our Constitution., but instead are involved in bias discrimination using tyrannical tactics to destroy those Rights we hold dear.
It is NOW time for Congress to do their job to ACT to protect the U.S. of America. Their inability to do what is right will send a glaring message that the GOP is complicit in the destruction of America.

Dear Connie and Brian, thanks for sharing your concerns regarding the debt. One of the primary motivations that led to my first run for Congress was concern regarding massive spending. Many people pretend that our enormous national debt is like a benign tumor that just sits there and does not harm anyone.
Nothing could be farther from the truth. Taxes must be sky high to cover the debt. Our country’s excessive borrowing, that funds a war in a country 6,000 miles away to the tune of nearly $200 billion and which pays people not to work, has led to skyrocketing, crushing inflation during the Biden administration.
Solving our debt crisis would reduce inflation, lead to lower taxes, encourage investment in innovation and job creators, incentivize savings, and make America a manufacturing and creativity hub once again.
Middle-class livelihoods depend on this upcoming debate over the nation’s debt. I will only vote to extend the debt ceiling if major spending concessions are implemented that do NOT include changes to Social Security and Medicare. A financial and economic system that empowers elites is enough of a burden. Betraying a contract that people have paid into for their whole lives is a step I emphatically reject. There are many other areas of our budget that can be trimmed that can reduce our deficit to zero without touching these vital benefits that our seniors rely on. Know that I am looking forward to a rigorous debate next week on some major spending cuts!

Readers, last week's newsletter linked to a website called “Veterans Today” that, well, did not cause concern since I have a strong record supporting veterans. It turns out some portions of this website engage in Anti-Semitic content. I have a solid record supporting Christians and Jews and other faiths. This cannot be rationally questioned. Some dishonest media reported that by linking to this story I support anti-semitism which is false and defamatory. It is not possible to read every article on every website I link to. If I do link to an article, it is because of that article not some other content.
To make matters worse, the editors at this website added the word “Jewish” before “warmongers” and put it in quotes as if I said it. Of course, I said no such thing. Ever. All of you read the same newsletter upon which that headline was based and you know that my criticism of American involvement in Ukraine is based on policy, not religion.
This explanation was given to all media who inquired. One reporter, Brahm Resnik with NBC 12 in Phoenix, nevertheless published a story accusing me of being anti-Semitic. Resnik has a well-earned reputation as a liar, slanderer and a scumbag human being. Ignore him and your life will be better.
