Happy Thanksgiving!
As you gather with friends and family this holiday season, Maude and I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! Unfortunately, because of Bidenflation, Americans will be paying significantly more for their Thanksgiving meal. In fact, Thanksgiving dinner will “gobble” up 20% more of your wallet this year over last year. Americans are getting the “stuffing knocked out of them” under Joe Biden’s failed economic policies.
Here’s a sampling of how Bidenflation has driven up the costs of a typical Thanksgiving dinner with all the tasty trimmings:
- Turkey – 21%
- Stuffing – 69%
- Rolls – 22%
- Russet Potatoes – 23%
- Green Beans – 25%
- Milk – 16%
Worse, most economists have noted something is “fowl” and predict things will only get worse, you haven’t seen “stuffing” yet!
October Illegal Border Crossings Continue to Surge
The Biden regime released new data showing that an unprecedented 230,678 illegal aliens crossed the southern border last month, including another nine individuals on the terrorist watch list. Five million lawbreakers, including 107 terrorists, have now crossed the border since Joe Biden took office. Worse, nearly 2000 pounds of deadly fentanyl poured into our country. To put that into perspective, that’s enough to kill the entire population of the United States plus another 100 million more.
Americans want a secure southern border and safe communities. Unfortunately, Joe Biden’s radical policies have created an unprecedented open border crisis resulting in record numbers of illegal aliens, deadly fentanyl, and terrorism suspects crossing into our country.
In the new majority, House Republicans will make America more secure by fully funding strong border enforcement, infrastructure, and advanced technology to prevent illegal crossings and trafficking. We will remain focused on ending reckless catch and release loopholes and permanently criminalizing illicit fentanyl.

Judge Blocks Biden’s Unconstitutional Student Loan Bailout
Late last week, a federal appeals court blocked Biden’s student loan “forgiveness” program, ruling it was an unconstitutional and illegal abuse of power. Isn’t it funny how the ruling was announced two days after the midterm elections? While the ruling was a tremendous victory, let’s be honest: Joe Biden knew his bailout would never pass legal muster. It was a pre-election ploy by Biden to bribe Millennials and Gen-Z voters.
Biden himself made no effort to hide this point. In fact, days after the election, Biden tweeted, “I want to thank the young people of this nation” who voted for “student debt relief.” Jon Cooper, a former Biden campaign operative, tweeted, “Young people: You saved our butts. THANK YOU.” Before the ruling, 26 million applicants had already applied for the phony student loan forgiveness plan. I have a hunch how every one of those 26 million applicants voted last week. Anyone want to take a guess??
Gosar Rejects Biden’s Request for Additional War Money
Earlier this week, Biden sent a letter to Congress requesting an additional $38 billion to fund the war in Ukraine. Joe Biden and Congress have already wasted nearly $70 billion American taxpayer dollars funding this proxy war. Now Biden wants another $38 billion? I say HELL NO! I have voted against every single bill to fund the war in Ukraine and I will not support this latest request by Biden to continue the needless death and destruction on both sides in this war.
Our nation is under attack at the southern border, inflation is at an historic high and our country is buried in $31 trillion national debt. It would be a huge error for Congress to use this lame duck session to fast-track Biden’s shameful request for pallets of taxpayer dollars to perpetuate a needless war.
What we need is peace. As many of you know, I sent a letter to both the Russian and Ukrainian leaders and pointed out how important it was to start peace negotiations. Following my letter, the Prime Minister of Hungary and the United States Department of State also echoed my calls for peace discussion. Click here to read more about these developments.
I was among the first to publicly call for peace negotiations. I welcome other world leaders and diplomats here in the United States to take seriously the job of creating peace and deescalating war.

I am so disheartened about the past three Arizona elections. It is obvious that our beautiful state needs a lot of improvement when it comes to our elections. Still counting ballots today, nine days after Election Day. Shame on our governor and Katie Hobbs for not improving the process of our most important right, to cast our vote, as a citizen of this state and the United States of America. Again, I have doubts of a fair election here in Arizona. I do question that Katie Hobbs won this election considering problems that happened on Election Day.
Dear Holly, I agree that it shouldn’t take days or weeks to know the results of our elections. Its abundantly clear that something went wrong in Maricopa County and these mistakes cannot continue to occur. What happens with half the country believes the elections are rigged? We need reforms to restore confidence in our elections.
Dotty M. from Kingman shares her concerns about sending more money to Ukraine:
Thank you for voting against sending any more money to Ukraine. I'm thinking that President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy didn't accept your invitation to a peace talk. That's really terrible. I'm still praying that they come to their senses and stop this war between them.
Dear Dotty, thanks for your note. As I noted above, we need peace not war. And certainly not more money to fund this war.
Steve B. from Tonto Basin shares:
Same sex marriage is not a federal issue. This is not what we voted the GOP into the House of Representatives for. We are not in favor of same sex anything. May GOD bless all republicans, USA ,and all god fearing democrats.
Dear Steve, marriage is the sanctified union between a man and a woman. When the left redefines marriage, it loses its meaning, sacredness, and effectiveness. All children deserve a mother and a father to thrive, and government should do all possible to enact laws that are most likely to ensure that possibility. I support a constitutional amendment defining marriage as between one man and one woman.

Thank you for your reply to my email. It blessed my heart that you read it, and encouraged me further. I would also encourage you to take a firm stand against child sacrifice (aka abortion) as it will, in my opinion and according to what I have learned from the Bible, cause the downfall of our nation by the judgment of GOD. Since I do not know you on a personal basis, I cannot know any of your motives, however, scripture tells us that as a tree is known by its fruit, so a man is also known by his fruit. From what I've seen, it appears to me that you are an honorable man and that you desire to do what is right. Please speak out on the abortion travesty, and do not fear...again , stand strong!
Dear Jeff, I believe with all my heart that every unborn child is precious and worthy of protection. I will continue to fight for their rights.
