Reminder: Please Vote!
Next Tuesday is election day. Regardless of your party affiliation, please remember to get out and vote! Voting is a fundamental pillar of democracy and serves as the primary means through which citizens express their political will. Through voting, individuals have the opportunity to influence legislative decisions, advocate for policy changes, and hold elected officials accountable.
In addition to shaping the political landscape, voting also encourages informed citizenship. Engaging in the electoral process necessitates that individuals educate themselves on issues, candidates, and their implications for society. Therefore, voting is not merely a right; it is a civic duty that upholds democracy and enhances societal progress, making it essential for every citizen to participate.
Update: Supreme Court Says Virginia Can Purge Illegals from Voter Rolls
Last week I shared in the newsletter how a liberal judge ruled against the state of Virginia’s efforts to remove illegals from the voting rolls. I have some good news to share: the Supreme Court ruled this week that Virginia can remove nearly 1,600 noncitizens from its voter rolls. The decision follows an attempt by the Biden-Harris Department of Justice lawsuit to prevent Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin from purging its voter rolls of illegal voters. As Governor Youngkin noted, this is a “victory for commonsense and election fairness.”
Court Orders Arizona to Release List of Over 200K Registered Voters Who Did Not Provide Proof of Citizenship
You might also recall I few weeks ago I shared that I joined Representatives Biggs and Crane in demanding an explanation from Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes regarding recent news reports over a so-called “clerical error” within the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Motor Vehicle Division and Arizona Voter Registration Databases that “mistakenly” marked 218,000 Arizonans as having provided documentary proof of citizenship, as required by law.
More good news: this week, the Superior Court of Arizona ordered the Arizona Secretary of State to release a list containing all 218,000 names of these individuals, noting Secretary Fontes illegally withheld the list. The ruling is critically important to ensure the integrity of the upcoming elections.
More Election Integrity News
Here’s a story the Fake News won’t report. This week, Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, a Democrat who tried to have President Trump removed from the 2024 ballot, posted a spreadsheet containing voting system passwords to her website. The passwords were posted online for months! Meanwhile, Democrats continue to say voter fraud is impossible. Since the voting machines in Colorado are now compromised, the only remedy is a total hand count of the ballots.
Griswold refused to resign, despite her demonstration of incompetence. In response, the Colorado Libertarian Party filed suit against Griswold requesting the court to order a hand count of all ballots since the machines are now compromised. I’m not holding my breath the courts will act. If 2020 is any indication, the courts simply don’t want to get involved in ballot integrity issues.
Report: Biden-Harris Administration Grant Amnesty to Millions of Illegal Aliens
This week, a new report from the House Judiciary Committee found that the Biden-Harris Administration granted amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants by closing their immigration court cases, allowing them to stay in the country.
The report noted that since Biden and Harris took office, the immigration court date backlog has increased, with nearly four million new cases since Fiscal Year 2021. The report accuses the Biden-Harris Administration of using the court date backlog to let an unprecedented number of illegal aliens into the country. It states that immigration judges have been ordered to “rubber stamp” case dismissals and case closures that result in unlawful immigrants remaining in the U.S. without prosecution or deportation.
Nearly 13 million illegal aliens have been welcomed into our country by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, including at least 382 illegal aliens on the U.S. government’s terrorist watchlist. Despite clear evidence of the mounting national security threats facing the United States due to their open borders policies, the Biden-Harris Administration and Senate Democrats have failed to consider H.R. 2, the House-passed Secure the Border Act of 2023.

I just wanted to thank you and applaud you for your response to "Anne" from Yuma, posted in your recent newsletter regarding your position on supporting school choice for our Arizona families, and policy in general. As a mother of four young men who attended private Christian schools during their formative educational years, I stand in wholehearted agreement with your position. Our public education system needs to clean up its act, and no longer tolerate poor leadership, poor performance and the insane indoctrination that is being pushed on our most vulnerable! Our future depends on it! As common-sense conservatives, we are currently facing so many major issues in our country, and education seems to be a bit lower on the "talking point" list than the economy and our border issues, but they all affect our education system, which in turn, affects the future leaders of this great country. I pray that the Dept. of Education can be completely dismantled and given back to the states. Anything that the federal government puts their hand to in recent years turns to filthy garbage and wasteful spending. Let's put those dollars back in the hands of the states, and the families who live there, working hard to give their kids a future of hope and opportunity!
It should be up to individual families to choose the best options for providing the most suitable education and values they want for their children, without making the cost of such an education unattainable. People need to WAKE UP and recognize that as long as the federal government is in control of how taxpayer dollars are spent on public education, our children LOSE! Thank you again for remaining steadfast on this issue!
✍ Jennifer, thanks for the thoughtful note. As I mentioned last week, I strongly support school choice. With the radical indoctrination going on in public schools, parents are left with no option but to either home-school, use a charter school, or use a private school. I will always be an ardent supporter of empowering parents and families to find the right education for their children. School choice creates direct accountability for moms and dads. It gives schools a strong incentivize to meet the needs of their students since unsatisfied parents can take their children and education dollars elsewhere. Studies consistently show that students participating in school choice receive better schooling and higher graduation rates. Thankfully, forward-thinking Republican-led states are expanding educational options with school choice legislation, recognizing the importance of empowering parents to send their children to the best school for them.

I'm very concerned that Elon Musk is reportedly paying $47 to people in swing states for signatures on a free speech/Second Amendment petition, which may violate 18 USC 597, a law prohibiting payment for political influence in elections.
Additionally, Musk has a history of amplifying far-right propaganda and Russian talking points, which could further impact our elections. I urge Congress to take prompt action and investigate. If he doesn't stop, all government contracts with his companies should be terminated.
✍ Craig, as you know, free speech is so fundamental to our Republic that it was ensconced in our Constitution. Elon Musk recently offered money to Americans to sign his petition saying that they support the First and Second Amendments, a reasonable and nonpartisan position to hold for the last two and a half centuries. Elon Musk was not paying people to vote, much less for a specific candidate. He did not engage in election interference. In contrast, If you are interested in wealthy men acting against American interests, you should look into the back-door deals of Mark Zuckerberg, George Soros and Bill Gates.
I assume you have no problem with the far-left paying people $200 to get their relatives to vote? Since 2022 the leftist group "Relentless" has spent tens of millions of dollars to "pay participants in the program a $200 stipend to get out the vote" in "seven battleground states, including Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin." Let us know when Merrick Garland indicts this group for paying people to vote.
📨 Lorrie L. from Yuma shares:
Congressman Gosar, you're my go to guy. I've contacted you on several occasions and your office has always gotten back to me. I want to know for real whether our country is going to join the new world order for health care and financial dealings and all the other things that go along with it? Or are we going to remain a sovereign country as we started out as? As a conservative, I don't want this for my country. Let me know where we stand.
✍ Lorrie, our first president called this out 200 years ago. George Washington, in his Farewell Address in 1796, warned against forming permanent alliances with foreign nations. He believed that our country should avoid becoming entangled in the complex and often conflicting affairs of European powers. We look at the mess in Ukraine and he was right then and today.
Washington believed that such entanglements could draw the U.S. into unnecessary wars and conflicts, jeopardizing our security and sovereignty. Hmmm, sound familiar? Washington believed in America First and he wanted the U.S. to focus on building its own strength and maintaining independence in its foreign policy.
If only there was a President who also believed this today.
I strongly believe that international agreements are generally a threat to our national sovereignty. The American People should never be subject to decisions made by the United Nations, or by other international organizations.
Take the UN Pact for the Future, for example. Even just a cursory glance at Pact for the Future: Rev.3 reveals that it is a horrible document. Action 9, for example, says "[w]e will strengthen our actions to address climate change." Action 45 says "[w]e will increase our efforts to revitalize the work of the General Assembly." Remember, this is the same General Assembly that in 2022 passed more resolutions critical of Israel than all other nations combined, according to The Times of Israel.
Furthermore, according to the World Health Organization, in June 2024 at the World Health Assembly which is the WHO's decision-making body, "… governments made concrete commitments to complete negotiations on a global pandemic agreement within a year." The WHO does not have the best interests of the American People at heart. The U.S. should not sign on to a global pandemic agreement. Rather, we should work domestically to ensure that if something like COVID-19 happens again, we do not have radical lockdowns and vaccine coercion.
I could go on and on, but here’s the bottom line: you should rest assured that I will remain vigilant in defending U.S. sovereignty in the face of globalist entities that seek to undermine it. The American People and the people of Arizona must always come first. I will never allow globalists to sell America off to the UN or other international organizations without a fight.
